Iconic Recipe
Ancient Recipe : Following the intangible cultural heritage of “Taihe Spirit Recipe”, which is 1300-year-old.
Qu yao (yeast) : Fermented by golden qu featuring with more elegant and comfortable liquor body.
Aging : The liquor was stored in purple pottery jars for more than 8 years and blend with more than 15 years aged liquor.
Storage : National intangible cultural heritage brewing technology using ecofriendly storage.
The Tuopai Daqu distillery was established in 1951 and later changed its name to Tuopai Shede. It has a yearly capacity of 30,000 tonnes.
Ingredients: Sorghum, rice, wheat, corn and barley.
